“Glükauf” is a small artisan bakery in Riga’s Quiet Centre, inspired by German heritage and the traditional culture of breadmaking.
The interior combines warm natural materials, soft earthy tones and carefully considered details to create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The design draws on the character of traditional European bakeries while keeping the space contemporary and refined. Natural textures and subtle references to German craftsmanship give the interior a distinctive sense of identity, while the compact layout is designed to feel open, functional and inviting. The result is a warm, tactile space where architecture, craftsmanship and the ritual of breadmaking come together.
