Our studio developed the complete renovation concept for this landmark Riga building at Blaumaņa iela 5, built in 1913, including the design of its entrance halls.

The interior concept brings together a carefully balanced, calm colour palette, clear architectural lines and refined proportions. It celebrates the tactile richness and enduring beauty of materials, creating a sense of luxury that transcends fleeting trends.

Subtle references to Art Deco, a style with a strong presence in Riga’s architectural heritage, lend the details a sense of cultural continuity without becoming decorative pastiche.

Conceived as a place of calm and introspection, Constanta Residence offers a feeling of retreat and shelter in the very heart of the city.
